After a story in the New York Times where Charlize Theron spoke about the perception some people may have of her of being "tough" and "cold," the Academy Award winning actor expanded on her comments on TODAY: "I think sometimes when I walk onto a set and I’m that direct, I think people take that as kind of like being cold, but I’m a softie at heart."
