DW correspondent Janelle Dumalaon heard several gunshots during an armed attack on a dinner that US President Donald Trump was attending. She sheltered in a bathroom as the incident unfolded. Trump was on stage in the ballroom as an armed man attempted to storm past security in the lobby. Authorities said he fired several shots before being arrested.
