The city of Kiryat Shmona, near Israel’s border with Lebanon, was evacuated in 2023 after Hezbollah began attacking the city with rockets. Some evacuees moved back after the ceasefire with Hezbollah in 2024, but others have stayed away to this day. Now they’re wondering if the latest ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon will last – and if they want it at all?
