Uncleared garbage piles are adding to health risks in the Gaza Strip. More than two million people live alongside hills of trash that promote the spread or disease. Local municipalities and the United Nations Development Program, or UNDP, have been leading efforts to clear out waste and debris, but limited resources are available.
