Speaking to Congress on his visit to the United States of America, King Charles III of Great Britain commemorated the fact that this year would mark the 25th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and reminded the U.S. how the United Kingdom stood with them and NATO invoked Article 5 afterward.
