Maurene Comey has filed suit against the Trump administration alleging that she was wrongly terminated due to her perceived political beliefs or because she’s the daughter of Former FBI Director James Comey, or both. Recently a judge ruled that Ms. Comey’s suit could go forward. Comey’s Attorney Ellen Bain tells Ali, "This case is about more than whether it’s okay to fire Mrs. Comey, but whether the President can actually do this. Can the President violate laws passed by Congress under Article I, and can the President violate the Bill of Rights?"
