CNN’s Manu Raju pressed House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) about the Democrats’ redistricting loss in Virginia. In a 4-3 ruling, state Supreme Court justices nullified a new congressional map that would have given Democrats the chance to win up to four additional seats in the House of Representatives.
