Parts of northern and eastern Ontario are underwater after days of rainfall and melting snow pack combined to cause major flooding.
In Bracebridge, Ont., the Muskoka River has flooded its banks and residents are doing whatever they can to protect their property, but ultimately they’re at the mercy of Mother Nature.
As Caryn Lieberman reports, this is not the first time this community has had to deal with rising waters.
