CNN has obtained new video of the shooting at Teotihuacán, a popular tourist destination in Mexico, that left one Canadian woman dead and thirteen others injured. The shooter was identified as 27-year-old Mexican citizen Julio César Jasso Ramírez, who officials say took his own life after being wounded by Mexican National Guard members. #CNN #News
