French President Emmanuel Macron criticises US "threats of destabilisation" after Washington’s announcement of a possible 25 percent tariff on cars imported from the EU. "If this or that country were threatened by customs duties, the European Union has equipped itself with instruments that would then have to be activated,” the French leader says during a press conference in Yerevan on the sidelines of a summit between the EU and Armenia.
