‘Absolutely outrageous’: Enten spotlights priciest gas in the US

CNN chief data analyst Harry Enten shows that the average price of a gallon of gasoline in California has hit $6.13, $1.65 above the national average of $4.48. Contributing to Californians’ pain at the pump is their gas tax of 71¢ a gallon, more than double the average state gas tax of 33¢/gallon.
