New York station WABC spoke with two people who said they were on the plane that collided with a truck at LaGuardia Airport.

LaGuardia Airport will reopen at 2 p.m. ET, according to airport authorities and the FAA. The airport will resume operations with a single runway, the FAA said.

Flight delays and cancellations are expected as operations resume slowly and at a reduced capacity.
