Britney Spears avoided jail time from a DUI charge that has been hanging over her. The 44-year-old "Toxic" singer took a plea deal for a lesser charge known as "wet reckless." She was sentenced to a year of probation and one night in jail, credited as time served. The pop star must also see a psychologist weekly and a psychiatrist twice a month. The charges stem from a March 4 incident in Westlake Village, California. Inside Edition’s Jim Moret has more.
