Congress members have proposed a slew of prediction market regulations amid concerns over insider trading. Most recently, the Senate has unanimously voted to ban its members and staff from participating in prediction markets. Kalshi, however, has already taken steps to ban lawmakers from its platform and argues it is taking necessary steps to monitor insider trading.
