Future of surveillance law FISA uncertain amid Republican infighting

The Senate on Friday agreed to a temporary extension of FISA, or the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, until April 30. A divide among House Republicans derailed a vote Thursday night to renew the law for five years. Joshua Skule, former FBI chief of intelligence, joins "The Takeout" to discuss.
