Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy, FAA Administrator Bryan Bedford, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul spoke to reporters Monday after an Air Canada Express plane collided with a fire-rescue truck at New York City’s LaGuardia Airport late Sunday night. Two pilots were killed in the collision and dozens of people were injured.
