Opposition parties are demanding the full story after the Ford government’s inconsistent statements on the $28.9 million government jet. Now, the premier and his cabinet ministers are refusing to talk about it, leading to questions about whether Ontarians are getting the full story.

Ontario Premier Doug Ford insisted he would release documents proving the purchase and sale of the private jet didn’t cost provincial taxpayers. However, those documents have yet to materialize with no explanation as to why.

As Colin D’Mello reports, until those documents surface, it appears the government won’t have a safe place to land.
