As the price of gas hits a more than 50% increase since the start of the Iran war, Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy has received pushback for the launch of his new reality TV show, Great American Road Trip. While Secretary Duffy says none of the funding for the show came from taxpayer money, numerous sponsors listed on the organization’s website have business before the Department of Transportation, raising potential conflict of interest concerns.
