Skepticism is growing about the Alberta and federal government’s memorandum of understanding (MOU) on energy.

Part of that MOU includes framework for a new pipeline to be built from Alberta to B.C.’s coast.

As Heather Yourex-West explains, it appears there’s been no progress towards something concrete despite one of the MOU’s deadlines having long passed.
