Terrifying video shows a young boy on an e-bike targeted by a driver who seemed determined to run him over. Jennifer Taylor, the boy’s mom, spoke with Inside Edition. Witnesses say Wendy Clemente mounted the sidewalk and sped after him. Police also allege that Clemente tried to break into someone’s house. She was charged with DUI, attempted second-degree assault and criminal trespass.
