A daylight Russian attack hit buildings near St. Andrew’s Church in the western Ukrainian city of Lviv on Tuesday. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said in his evening address: "without significant Russian losses, those in Moscow will not develop any desire to back down from the war."
