Cuba is at a tipping point with the regime saying they have run out of oil, and Washington warning the island could collapse under the weight of the energy crisis.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio insists any wealth still in the country is being hoarded by military generals and that “there is no economy in Cuba.”

Meanwhile, the Cuban president is blaming the crisis on what he calls a U.S. “genocidal energy blockade.”

As Touria Izri reports, the Cuban people are growing increasingly frustrated with the communist regime itself.
