The first FIFA World Cup games at B.C. Place will kick off in 47 days, but it has been almost a year since the public was last updated on the cost of hosting part of the tournament. 

FIFA wants President Gianni Infantino to receive a "full motorcade escort" so he can travel without disruptions and go through traffic lights.

The security requested for Infantino is on par with that of the American president.
