Police in rural France issued warning to drivers to be on the lookout for erratic deer that can be unpredictable when inebriated from fermented fruits.

Authorities posted a video alongside their warning, showing a deer moving in unpredictable circles.

“In spring, some wild animals consume buds, fermented fruits, or decaying plants and can have totally unpredictable behavior,” they said, warning that the unpredictability can pose a danger to drivers.
