Surging oil prices and an impending energy crisis linked to the U.S. and Israel’s war in Iran has potentially shifted public opinion in Canada, leading to growing support for pipelines.

A new survey shows increasing support for Enbridge’s recently approved Sunrise Natural Gas Enbridge pipeline expansion and other energy projects in B.C. and across the country.
That’s a dramatic shift from the once fierce opposition in B.C. to Northern Gateway and Trans Mountain pipelines.
