Strikes on nuclear-linked sites in Iran and Israel are raising fears of a dangerous new phase in the war.

Iran says its Natanz nuclear facility has been hit again, while a missile struck Dimona, a town in Israel close to a facility that is thought to be part of the country’s nuclear weapons program.

There’s still no clear picture of the damage at Natanz. And the nuclear facility near Dimona was not hit. However, the developments suggest the conflict is moving closer to the most sensitive layer of both countries’ deterrence.
