Some Taylor Swift fans who attended her December 2024 “Eras Tour”concerts may receive a ticket refund.

On Wednesday, Consumer Protection BC announced an agreement with StubHub regarding ticket disclosures and refunds.

A person complained to the organization after a Taylor Swift concert, alleging that StubHub failed to disclose that their ticket had an obstructed or limited view.
