New strikes in southern Beirut, Lebanon, are seen from a rooftop at a distance in the early hours of the morning. The Israeli military said that it hit Hezbollah command posts in "several waves of strikes" on Beirut and southern Lebanon, shortly after Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Beirut must restrain the armed group.
