Surveillance video showed passersby driving past an injured child in a northeast Calgary intersection Tuesday morning without stopping.
The child was the victim of a hit and run, and police are still searching for the suspect’s vehicle.
While parents and experts express growing concern over the lack of assistance, Global’s Craig Momney reports.
