A chopper reporting on a dramatic SWAT team operation zoomed a camera in to find a deputy scrolling through a dating app. Deputies deployed a so-called "grappler" to bring a stolen car to a standstill. Instead, the vehicle veered off to the side and crashed into a wall. The deputy scrolling through a dating app was just feet away from the high-stakes negotiations with the suspect in the car. The Riverside County Sheriff’s Office says they have initiated an internal investigation.
