At Advocate Children’s Hospital in Oak Lawn, Illinois, the nurses in the neonatal intensive care unit are experiencing a remarkable baby boom, with at least 20 nurses recently giving birth or expecting to have a baby soon. To celebrate Mother’s Day, many of those nurses have heartwarming messages for their colleagues. NBC News’ Hallie Jackson has the story.
