UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer says the "ceasefire should be permanent" in Iran and that a "logistics and economic limb" as well as "military planning" is needed for the Straight of Hormuz to open. Starmer makes the comments on a trip to Paris where he is chairing a meeting of allies to consider sending a multinational force to ensure security and free-flowing trade in the Strait alongside French President Emmanuel Macron.
