Édouard Philippe casts his vote in Le Havre (Seine-Maritime) for the second round of the municipal elections. The former Prime Minister, who has made his re-election in Le Havre a prerequisite for his 2027 presidential bid, was one of the first political leaders to vote shortly after 8:00 a.m.
