A group of Bahamian passengers was stranded on a small orange raft in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean for five hours. The Coast Guard says their aircraft suddenly experienced “engine failure,” sending out a distress signal before plunging into the water. NBC News correspondent Sam Brock reports for TODAY.
