Lebanon’s Health Ministry said an Israeli airstrike on an apartment building in central Beirut early Wednesday wounded four people. It was not immediately clear who was the target of the strike on an apartment in Beirut’s Aicha Bakkar neighborhood as it came without prior warning, officials said.
