Full police press conference: 8 children killed in Louisiana mass shooting

Eight children were killed in what police believe was a domestic shooting in Shreveport, Louisiana on April 19, according to local authorities.

The incident occurred just after 6 a.m. CT in the 300 block of West 79th Street in Shreveport, spokesperson Christopher Bordelon with the Shreveport Police Department said in a news conference. Ten people were shot in total, and the eight children who were killed ranged in age from 1 to 14 years old.
