Iranian officials announced Saturday morning that restrictions in the Strait of Hormuz will be reimposed, warning that the passage through the waterway will remain blocked until the United States lifts its blockade on Iranian ports.
President Donald Trump has said repeatedly that the blockade will continue until a peace deal is reached.
