The Philippines is bracing for its second major storm within days. Super-Typhoon Fung Wong is bearing down on the archipelago, and is set to make landfall within hours. The super-storm comes just days after Typhoon Kalmaegi battered the country causing widespread carnage. Authorities are warning that Fung Wong will bring life-threatening storm surges, destructive winds, and flooding.
