House vote to end shutdown passes, advances to Trump desk: Full video

From USA TODAY.

The House of Representatives voted to end the longest government shutdown in U.S. history, moving past a political mess that has lasted for 43 days and left millions of Americans unable to afford food and derailed travel.

The measure now heads to the desk of President Donald Trump for his signature, which will put hundreds of thousands of government workers back to work with pay in the coming days. Under the terms of the funding package, they’ll be compensated retroactively even though they have not been on the job.
