Police in Tennessee say an officer was injured during a motorcycle crash while providing security to Vice President JD Vance’s motorcade on Friday. Authorities say the officer is in critical condition at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. Vance was in the car with his wife Usha, and neither were harmed.
