2025 Mercedes-Benz eSprinter | The Electric Van That Means Business

From Transport Evolved.

Most new electric vehicles we get to test are massive luxury SUVs or oversized pickup trucks — impressive, sure, but not exactly aligned with our mission to cover cleaner, greener, safer, smarter, and more equitable transportation and energy.

But this summer, Nikki finally got a break from blinged-out behemoths and slid behind the wheel of something refreshingly practical: the 2025 Mercedes-Benz eSprinter. Specifically, the 110-inch long-wheelbase, high-roof, fully-electric commercial van — a rare sight in any press fleet.

Designed for delivery drivers, tradespeople, small business owners, and anyone dreaming of a camper-van conversion, this eSprinter is built to work. And as Nikki (and our camera operator) discovered, driving something with true real-world utility is… surprisingly exciting.

Join us as we take a deep dive into efficiency, practicality, interior tech, real-world range, charging, and whether this professional-grade EV deserves a spot in your fleet — or your driveway.
