From Global News.
A city in New Brunswick has caused quite a stir after announcing it would postpone trick-or-treating because of a forecast calling for wet and windy weather.

Some people online questioned whether it might be a “trick” played on trick-or-treaters, but the city quickly set the record straight.
Suzanne Lapointe has more on this unusual step and the reaction it’s sparked.
