As airports across the United States face delays and cancelations, some lawmakers are struggling to get back to Washington for a House vote on a bill that would end the government shutdown. The vote, while expected to pass, will still be tight as House Democrats still unhappy with a deal hatched by moderates in the Senate are telling their members to vote no.
