Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro said on November 17 that differences with the U.S. should be resolved through diplomacy and that he is willing to hold face-to-face talks with anyone interested. He was responding to President Donald Trump saying he had not ruled out putting American forces on the ground in Venezuela, while expressing a willingness to hear directly from the Venezuelan leader.
