US President Donald Trump found a lot of common ground with New York’s mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani after a surprisingly cordial meeting at the White House.

When Mamdani was asked if he considers Trump to be a "fascist," the president interjected, saying: "That’s okay. You can just say it… I don’t mind."
