Five months ago, 10-year-old Leah Lendel was snorkeling with her family in shallow water in Florida, when a bull shark chomped down on her wrist. Leah was airlifted to Tampa General, surprising everyone with how calm she was. Doctors reattached the girl’s hand in a surgery that took 6 hours.
