In Connecticut, a tractor trailer overturned on the ice causing a massive backup, while in West Virginia, a big rig slid off the side of a bridge. Now, millions are bracing for an Arctic blast on the way. NBC’s Erin McLaughlin reports and TODAY’s Al Roker tracks the forecast.
