Temple Israel’s Executive Director Jason Plotkin was in his office on a Zoom call on Thursday (March 12) when he heard what sounded like ‘many bookshelves falling.’ Chaos followed soon after, and Plotkin said his ‘instincts took over’ as he managed to escape.
