A Palestinian and an Israeli mother led hundreds of women barefoot through the streets of Rome, calling for peace on Tuesday.

The “Barefoot Walk” was led by Reem Al-Hajajreh, a Palestinian mother who lives in a refugee camp near Bethlehem, and Yael Admi, an Israeli mother.
