JD Vance responds to National Guard members shot in DC, White House on lockdown

Two West Virginia National Guard members were shot on Nov. 26 near the White House in Washington, D.C., officials said. A suspect is in custody.

Vice President JD Vance reacted to the news during a speech to military members at Fort Campbell in Kentucky.
